AATC 2026 Graduate Student Scholarship Application
Due July 20, 2026
A small number of scholarships are available to help graduate students attend the AATC Conference. In order to be considered for a scholarship, please complete this form. Scholarships are issued depending upon expressed need, ability to work at the conference, and available funds. These scholarships are intended for those who attend the full conference and do not receive sufficient funding from other sources to cover registration.
Typical responsibilities include providing approximately 4-8 hours of assistance divided between the following tasks: assisting at the registration desk, facilitating conference sessions, helping with room setup (when appropriate), collating materials, monitoring book fair exhibits (in applicable), and other duties as assigned. When not assisting with conference logistics, scholarship recipients are encouraged to enjoy the conference by attending sessions and networking with other AATC members. Work schedules are flexible and can be modified by collaborating with the coordinator to allow you to attend sessions of particular interest.
If interested in assisting at the AATC’s Annual Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, 2026, please complete all sections of the form linked below, and return it to Aubrey Southall AND Alicia Saxe no later than July 20, 2026.
